S'mores Without A Campfire Recipe #2 - S'mores Parfait

     Here's another S'mores Recipe my assistants and I made. These were really good! You could possibly make these at camp pretty easy, too.

You need milk, pudding mix, graham crackers and marshmallow creme.

 

Ingredients

 Assistant #1 chopped up graham crackers in my mini food processor while assistant #2 followed the instructions on the pudding mix to make the pudding.

 Assistant #1 put some graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of the parfait glass.

 

 Assistant #2 added some pudding.

 

 Then more graham cracker crackers.

 

 Then more pudding leaving enough room at the top for the marshmallow creme.

 

 YUMMY! The parfait was really good as a hot summer dessert. It would have been pretty good with whipped creme, too or a little toasting on the marshmallow creme.

It was also really good dipping the graham crackers in the chocolate pudding.
     Have a safe and happy 4th of July everybody!! Fireworks were canceled in our area (which we are very happy about) so we will be celebrating with water fights, kiddie pools, slip n' slide, other water games and lots of yummy food.
